Named after the designer Rob Thom, the configuration for this visual art studio is simple and open to allow the greatest degree of flexibility in the arrangement of working components. Large skylights (basically north-oriented) offer plenty of natural light, supplemented by incandescent electric studio lighting on adjustable tracks. Interior walls are gyproc on 2 cm. plywood for hanging work with tacks or masking tape.
